A zemblanity turned her life topsy-turvy
Extrovert to ambivert, ambivert to introvert
Was just a matter of days
Her golden wings, ruthlessly they were chipped
Her gilded dreams, in the bud they were nipped
The inaudible screams remained unvoiced
Haunting her, making her a tight-lipped voice
She stravaged through
The overcrowded lonely boulevards
Retreating from fake
Smiles and laughters
Yes, that vivid and ludic girl was really lost!
Trying to camouflage in the hoi-polloi
Becoming non-existent and coy
Loathed, rejected, outcasted, and scorned
Slowly she shut her off in a shell… And no one mourned!
But who knew that metanoia was in its way
A hand of a good samaritan
Introduced her to eunoia on an afternoon of May
The lacuna she felt within was vanishing
Elysia hidden beneath akarsia was blossomming
The orenda within has been enkindled
The timidness within has been dwindled
Spending time listening to psithurism
Under the lagom of chirping birds
Her long lost scintillate exposed at its full glory
Who was her knight in shining armour?
Oh! He must be a real charmer
She searched for him day and night
In every mansion and under every street light
But alas, he was nowhere to be found
No one knew him or had seem him around
Now she began to become suspicious
Was he real or just fictitious
Faced by failures, she gave up
Drowning her sorrows in the coffee cup
At times, she hoped she could forget it all
But deep within she cherished it all
One fine day, she resumed her search
After lots and lots of research
Now she knew who he was
He was she, teaching her to accept her flaws!!!
